FAQ
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL WE RECEIVE?
A. Depending on the package you've chosen, there is a minimum amount of photos listed for each one! Sports, events and other shoots will vary once we've figured out what you're looking for ◡̈
Additional photos may be purchased!
WHERE ARE YOU BASED AND DO YOU TRAVEL?
A. I am based in Saint John, New Brunswick! And yes, I would absolutely love to travel for you! If the location is outside of Saint John and surrounding areas, there may be a travel fee that comes along. But no worries, I will always try to find the most affordable way to come because I want to be a part of your day and capture the best moments of your adventures!
WHEN WILL WE GET OUR PHOTOS?
A. Please be patient with me as I do work shift work outside of photography! My current turn around time for photos is between 2-4 weeks! You will receive a link to your photos via email or however we were communicating ◡̈
Rush edits may be done for an additional fee of $75. Rush galleries will be delivered within 3-5 business days after confirmation of payment.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
A. Cash, PayPal or e-transfers are accepted!
A non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to hold your spot, and the outstanding balance can be paid at any time up until the date of the shoot! The deposit will be deducted from your final total!
CAN WE REQUEST SPECIFIC POSES?
A. As long as we have time left, absolutely! If you have any special requests for poses that you and your loved ones would like to do, just let me know before or during the shoot ◡̈
